Shocking courtroom revelations unveil disturbing claims of abuse, coercion, and secret sex parties in Diddy’s ongoing federal trial.
A stunned silence swept across the Manhattan Federal Courtroom yesterday as jurors were shown a series of explicit photographs at the center of the explosive trial against hip-hop icon Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In a moment that visibly shook the courtroom, five private images from what are described as Diddy’s infamous “Freak Off” sex parties were displayed on individual monitors for jurors’ eyes only. The photos, which featured R&B singer and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura with three male escorts, left jurors visibly unsettled—one male juror raised his eyebrows in disbelief, while a female juror appeared visibly shaken, turning her head away.
Cassie, now 38, testified in a calm but emotionless voice, providing stark narration to the deeply personal images. One particularly disturbing photo showed her mid-act with an escort named Greg. She told the court she was wearing “very high shoes” and her body was slick with baby oil—an image that echoed the high-pressure, deeply uncomfortable reality she says she endured for years.
Combs, 55, known for building Bad Boy Records and shaping careers from The Notorious B.I.G. to Jennifer Lopez, sat in silence alongside his defense team as Cassie recounted the harrowing details of their decade-long relationship, which began when she was just 19.

Cassie alleged that the “Freak Offs” were not just wild celebrity parties but traumatic, orchestrated events that left her with severe physical and emotional scars. “It was hell on my body,” she said. She revealed she suffered from recurring urinary tract infections and had open sores from days-long sex sessions she was coerced into participating in. “I couldn’t get rid of it,” she added. “I was doing the Freak Off with an infection. It was very painful… a burning sensation.”
As her testimony continued, the court was shown more disturbing evidence, including photographs of injuries allegedly inflicted by Combs during violent episodes throughout their relationship. One such incident took place at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles in 2016, where surveillance footage reportedly captured Combs assaulting Cassie. She later received a flurry of desperate text messages from him, including “Call me”, “Help”, and a haunting, “If you don’t pick up you’ll never hear my voice again.”
The emotional toll of her testimony was only deepened when she spoke of an earlier attack before a music festival in 2013, where she was allegedly left with a gash above her eye that required stitches from a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. “So you can remember,” she wrote to Combs, attaching a photo of her stitched-up face.
Cassie’s account of being forced to identify 13 male escorts she was paired with—on top of six from the previous day—underscored the grim pattern she described: a life of coercion, fear, and control. She claimed that Combs often used the threat of releasing explicit videos of these events to manipulate and intimidate her. At one point, she said he played one such video during a flight, indifferent to the passengers around them.
The court also heard that Combs allegedly attempted to intimidate rapper Kid Cudi, whom Cassie dated briefly. She testified that Combs told her he would hurt both of them and later attempted to blow up Cudi’s car—claims that paint a picture of escalating obsession and danger.
Throughout the courtroom, there was an air of disbelief, not just for the jaw-dropping content of the testimony but for how long Cassie says she endured this behind closed doors. “It was too much. Too much danger, too much uncertainty,” she said.
Diddy has firmly denied all charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and coercion. If convicted, he faces life in prison. As the trial continues, the music mogul’s legacy hangs in the balance, with each passing day peeling back another disturbing layer.
