Taylor Swift is back with another reason for fans to laugh, and this time, she’s trolling herself. In a new promo for her upcoming 12th album ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ the singer takes on two roles, and the results are going viral all over the internet.

The clips, shared on Monday, promote the Target-exclusive vinyl edition called The Crowd is Your King. In the videos, Taylor switches between “Director Taylor” and “Showgirl Taylor.” Director Taylor is strict and bossy and Showgirl Taylor is clumsy but tries her best in glittery pink.

Armed with a sparkly megaphone, Director Taylor scolds her showgirl version. She says, “We’re elegant, we’re luxurious, we’re in front of the most beautiful pink vinyl we’ve ever seen. What is going on with the posture? It’s giving no-girl, not showgirl.” Fans can’t get enough of the sass.

Showgirl Taylor is dressed in a corset and heels. She tries to toss glitter in the air but ends up stumbling around instead. At one point, Director Taylor even whispers off-camera, “She’s got cat hair all over her. Is there a school we could very quickly send her to?”

Swift also shared bloopers on her Instagram Stories, where Director Taylor groans in frustration before cutting the scene short with, “Thanks for coming in, bye.”

The Life of a Showgirl drops October 3, and Taylor has a packed release week lined up. Fans will get a three-day-only movie event, the debut of her new music video The Fate of Ophelia, plus special TV appearances on The Graham Norton Show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Swifties already know one thing: only Taylor can troll Taylor this perfectly.
