Amazon is the perfect go-to for everyday essentials (yes, fuzzy slippers are an essential) and last-minute gifts (Prime 2-day shipping is honestly my best friend and most trusted companion). When you know you need something, Amazon will always be there for you. The speed at which a storage bin with exact dimensions or animal-shaped cookie cutters can be purchased is faster than one can even begin to establish buyer’s remorse. But what about the items you didn’t know you needed as told by the stars? Yes, the planets have come together and informed me of what you need to purchase next based on your zodiac. And yes, the words ‘need’ and ‘essentials’ have very broad definitions in mine (er, I mean, uh the planets) vocabularies.
Aries (March 21- April 19)
As the first sign of the zodiac, the energy and presence of the Aries must be recognized by its constituents. Aries is bold, driven, and confident, much like the ram that represents them. Sometimes their energy can be taken as aggression, and their confidence teeters on impulsive, a true fully-committed Amazon shopper. Their demand for attention makes them the perfect carrier for this human organ lunchbox which will undoubtedly strike up some conversation.
Taurus (April 20- May 20)
Lover of nature and eclectic taste, the Taurus is ruled by love and the feeling of touch. Satisfied through creativity, beauty, devotion, and hard work, the Taurus is welcoming to the material world and the natural world. Ruled by the bull, the Taurus can at times be stubborn and unwilling to give up. They hold on to projects and relationships until they have reached satisfaction with them or fully completed a task. To give them a long-term project and labor of love, while also complimenting their obsession with beauty, the Taurus needs an at-home succulent garden to give its attention to.
Gemini (May 21- June 20)
Oh, the Gemini. Often labeled as two-faced or deceptive, the Gemini is a highly misunderstood sign. They are constantly learning, experiencing new things, and keeping up with their large circle of friends. They are fun-loving, life-long children and an invaluable friend to have. They are adaptable and likely to mirror the energy of the situation they are in. Symbolized by the Celestial Twins, the Gemini masters a split-personality lifestyle. Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Constantly following their heart and ruled by emotions, Cancers are often seen as a sensitive member of the zodiac. Leo (July 23-August 22)
Get the camera and mics ready, we have a Leo in the house! Ruled by the lion, the Leo is the true king of the jungle (or solar system). They exude passion, theatrics, drama, and full-heartedness in all of their actions. They are born to lead and have the confidence to sell any idea. Coincidentally, they often have incredible hair and being just a little bit vain, take impeccable care of their physical self. Being a Leo, one gift just will not cut it. Virgo (August 23- September 22)
Virgos are incredibly analytical and thoughtful. Nothing is left up to chance in the world of a Virgo, as they are intentional in all of their thoughts, actions, and words. On the interior, they are soft and full of emotion, but they are likely to put up a hard exterior to guard themselves against critique. They are true problem solvers in all aspects of their life. Libra (September 23- October 22)
Led with balance and diplomacy, the Libra is the only zodiac not represented by a living thing. They are champions of justice and equality and can sometimes expect people to see things the way they do. Ever truth-seeking, passionate, and focused on constantly learning, the Scorpio is one of the most determined members of the zodiac. Unless of course, you break their trust, as they are incredibly triggered by dishonesty and secretive people. Sagittarius (November 22- December 21)
The wandering member of the zodiac. The Sagittarius is known for its constant desire to learn, experience new energies, connect deeper with the world, and guide their life in their best interest. Incredibly independent, they value freedom more than anything and hate clingy-people and the feeling of being trapped. They should splurge and by themselves, this trusted hammock that can take them from beach-lounging to mountain-hanging.
Capricorn (December 22- January 19)
The hybrid of the goat and the fish, the Capricorn easily maneuvers between the emotional and physical aspects of life. They are incredibly self-disciplined and will put the needs of others before themselves time and time again. They are not one to take advantage of though, as they can be set in their ways and hold grudges. They are responsible and value family above all else. Their loyalty and dedication make them incredibly intuitive to others’ efforts, and they have a deep appreciation for the time and value of others and their triumphs. Aquarius (January 20-February 18)
The progressive of the astrology symbols. The Aquarius is eclectic, philosophical, and a deep thinker. Pisces (February 19th-March 20)
Our very last zodiac friend. The Pisces is the old soul sign, as it has seen all the other trials and tribulations of the other zodiacs that have come before it. They are incredibly friendly and are able to treat their friends with top priority. Even with this, they do prefer alone time to reflect on the world around them and question the actions of others. They are incredibly artistic and find great joy in reading, writing, and music.
