Alex Trebek in Remission

What is: time for a celebration?

Following diagnosis in March, Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek has officially announced that he has completed his treatments for Pancreatic Cancer.

Trebek has stood on the Jeopardy!  stage for 34 years as their beloved host, and even while going through treatment he did not miss an appearance quizzing some of the smartest trivia-show players.

Trebek was diagnosed with stage four Pancreatic Cancer in March of 2019. At 78-years-old, the host pushed through the difficulties of chemotherapy and says he is now “back in action” and ready to begin filming for the show’s 36th season. The news broke on Thursday, August 29th on the shows YouTube account.

“It’s another day at the office for me and an exciting day because so many great things have been happening…I’ve gone through a lot of chemotherapy, and thankfully that is now over,” he said in the video announcement.
