She’s tall, she’s green, and she’s bar certified.
The latest phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been introducing a variety of comic book fan-favorites to the franchise, with cult favorite Moon Knight just recently finishing his Disney+ run. Today, we got the first trailer for someone who is debatably an even bigger fan-favorite: miss Jennifer Walters, better known as She-Hulk.
Marvel released the first trailer today for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, a new MCU series that will be streaming exclusively on Disney+ on August 17. The series stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, the world’s first lawyer for superhuman-related court cases. She also happens to be the cousin of Bruce Banner, better known as the Incredible Hulk, who receives a pinch of his radioactive DNA after a blood transfusion, developing her own mean, green persona, She-Hulk. The series follows Jennifer as she attempts to balance her personal life as a single woman in her 30s with her professional career as both a lawyer and an emerging superhuman celebrity.

The show will feature the return of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, as well as appearances from Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky, AKA the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong. The cast is also confirmed to include Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry. The precise timing of the She-Hulk series within the MCU continuity has not been revealed yet, though the new Doctor Strange film is rumored to be releasing on Disney+ in July, so you’ll have time to catch up in case it’s involved at all.
