A tragic accident and its aftermath – discover the story that shocked Florida
Noah Galle, a 20-year-old TikTok influencer from Florida, has been sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison for a devastating 2022 crash that killed six farmworkers. The case, involving a wealthy young man and a high-speed luxury car, has drawn widespread attention and sparked heated debates about justice and accountability.
The Tragic Accident
On January 27, 2022, Galle, then 17, was driving his $100,000 BMW M5 at a shocking 151 mph when he slammed into the back of an SUV in Palm Beach County. The SUV, carrying six farmworkers, flipped over, ejecting several passengers. Five victims died on the scene, while a sixth died en route to the hospital.
The victims—Mirlaine Julceus, 45; Filaine Dieu, 46; Vanice Percina, 29; Remize Michel, 53; Marie Michelle Louis, 60; and Michel Louis Saint, 77—were hard-working members of their community, and their loss has left an enormous void in their families’ lives.
This is just sad. People really ready to risk it all for clout. This man, Noah Galle, killed 6 people driving fast af for Instagram/ Tik Tok content asking people to guess how fast he going. What?! And then he pleads not guilty, it’s just sick. pic.twitter.com/tqaH7V8vVj

A Controversial Sentence
Galle pleaded guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide as part of a plea deal, avoiding a potential 90-year sentence. Instead, he will serve 12 and a half years in prison, followed by seven years of probation.

As part of his sentence, Galle must also:
- Complete 800 hours of community service.
- Record a video advocating for safe driving.
- Take a 12-hour driving course.
- Attend panels where crash survivors share their stories.
The deal has sparked debate. While some believe the sentence is fair given Galle’s young age and lack of criminal history, others feel it’s too lenient given the loss of six lives.
Family and Legal Perspectives
The plea agreement was supported by the victims’ families, with some even requesting leniency. “This is a significant punishment,” said Assistant State Attorney Al Johnson, who noted that some family members asked for the case to be dropped altogether.
Galle’s defense team emphasized his remorse and mental health struggles. His attorney shared a statement in court where Galle expressed deep regret, saying, “He wishes every day that he had died in the accident instead of the victims.”
A Sobering Lesson
Before the crash, Galle had gained attention on TikTok for posting videos of himself speeding, even offering prizes for followers who guessed his speed. Authorities also revealed he’d been stopped previously for driving at 180 mph.
Now, as part of his sentence, Galle must use his platform to warn others about the dangers of reckless driving.
Moving Forward
This case serves as a reminder of how quickly lives can be destroyed by reckless decisions. While no sentence can bring back the victims, Galle’s story may help prevent similar tragedies in the future.
Galle will begin his prison term on February 3, marking the start of a long journey toward accountability and reflection.
