Jonas Brothers Bring Happiness To Miami

The resurgent band kicked off their Happiness Begins tour in Miami, FL on August 7th.

Fans of all ages flooded the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida Wednesday night as the countdown for the return of the Jonas Brothers began. Old fans sporting original Jo-Bro merchandise from their childhood intertwined with a new generation of boyband fans, symbolically replicating the familial-oriented goal behind the bands’ resurrection. The show kicked off with openers Jordan McGraw and Bebe Rexha, but fans truly erupted as the brothers took the stage for the first time since their Disney days.

The trio’s Happiness Begins tour celebrated their new album while still paying homage to their roots and journey as a band. Performing some of the classics like “Year 3000” and “Lovebug” in-between new hits like “Sucker” and “Used to Be”, the brothers connected to all fans and audience members. To tie together their personal journeys through music, singers Nick and Joe performed equally on each other’s outside music endeavors with songs like “Jealous” by Nick Jonas and “Cake by the Ocean” by Joe’s band DNCE.

In the audience was the “jo-sisters” as well, the new name given to the families of each respective brother. Priyanka Chopra, Sophie Turner, and Daniella Jonas and her children were the most spirited fans.

It’s not often that dreams imagined during childhood years turn into a reality, but for these brothers, this is only the beginning of their new chapter where happiness truly begins.
