Rapper’s photos of Censori in revealing Clothes spark criticism

Kanye West, the 46-year-old rapper and fashion mogul, has stirred controversy with recent Instagram posts featuring his wife, Bianca Censori. West shared risqué photos of Censori, whom he married in December 2022, modeling a revealing black bikini.

The first image, a mirror selfie, showed West in the background with Censori in the foreground wearing the tiny bikini top paired with a leather corset bottom, a trench coat, and high-heeled boots. The second photo was a solo shot of Censori in a marble bathroom, and the third showed her in a black micro thong and fuzzy pink bandeau.

While West left the first picture captionless, he wrote “Dropped sumn?” alongside the second image and “No pants this year” with the third. The posts have sparked criticism on social media, with many users expressing disapproval of the imagery and comparing Censori to West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

This is not the first time West has been involved in public discussions about the portrayal of women. In the past, he has voiced concerns about the imagery used in Kardashian’s line of intimates and apparel, as well as her public appearances. West has expressed discomfort with what he perceives as overly sexualized imagery, citing his role as a husband and father as influencing his views.

Kardashian, who shares four children with West, has previously defended her public image, stating that West had played a role in building her confidence and persona.
