Trailer For ‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ Dropped

Your favorite game is back and bigger than ever

Welcome back to the deadly Jumanji game, where everything will go haywire, but an adventure is definite. Gearing up for the follow-up to the 2017 hit “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle,” the trailer for “Jumanji: The Next Level” has been released.

The first film followed four high schoolers who were transported into a deadly but magical video game landscape where they are forced to survive and find a way to escape by finishing the game. The film starred Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black.

In the new film, the video game world is turned upside down and introduces a new face: Danny DeVito. Dwyane Johnson’s manly and ripped 6-foot-5 avatar is now inhabited by the 4-foot-10 actor.

In the film, DeVito plays the grandfather to Spencer (played by Alex Wolff), and he has somehow been sucked into the game in Smolder Bravestone’s body, alongside Milo Walker (played by Danny Glover). Milo is stuck in the body of Franklin “Mouse” Finbar, or Hart’s character.

In addition to DeVito and Glover, Awkwafina has joined the cast, and the film also stars Nick Jonas, Madison Iseman, and Morgan Turner. The third film in the successful franchise will be released Dec. 13, 2019, and will be playing in theaters everywhere.
