It’s a Mario Party!

Ever since it was first announced that the Universal theme parks would be adding a Super Nintendo World, fans have eagerly been awaiting details, photos, plan and confirmation that it would actually be happening.

Thanks to blog site Coaster Kings, new details on potential construction plans and site layouts for the new park, called Super Nintendo World Epic Universe, have been revealed.

Naturally, Universal Studios Japan will be the first to get the Super Nintendo World as of next spring. Tom Williams, Universal Parks & Resort Chairman and CEO, stated in September 2019 that the Japan park would offer food, merchandise, and more, and that the entire land would be interactive.

There would even be a Super Mario Kart ride and the land will feature other famous characters such as Yoshi. The Epic Universe park will also have multiple new themed lands, rides, hotels and more.

Other areas of the new part of the theme park is speculated to be based on other famous works such as Harry Potter and DreamWorks Animation-related properties.
