Circle the wagons n’ bust out the beans.

Rockstar Games, developer of Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption 2, and other things bigger than sliced bread, announced on their Twitter last week that Red Dead Redemption 2, formerly a console exclusive, will be coming PC and the upcoming Google Stadia.

The game will release on PC on November 5th. However, it’s important to note that the PC version won’t be releasing on the Steam platform, at least not at first. Rockstar will be releasing the game on several platforms to start including (but not limited to) their own recently released games launcher and the Epic Games Store. The Steam version will be releasing some time in December.

Rockstar has said that the PC version will feature some technical improvements over the console version, including bug fixes and graphical updates. There will also be new bounty hunting missions, new hideouts, new weapons, and more, though Rockstar has yet to specify exactly what “more” entails.

A version for Google’s upcoming Stadia game streaming service is also planned. There is no official release date yet, but since Stadia is launching in November, it will likely be within spitting distance of both the general PC and Steam releases.
