Renowned actor Jamie Foxx is facing serious allegations of sexual assault, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ on November 22. The incident is said to have occurred at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015.
The plaintiff, who remains unnamed in the TMZ report, claims to have been dining at the New York City restaurant when she encountered Foxx. Allegedly, around 1 a.m., after requesting a photo with Foxx, the actor made inappropriate comments such as “Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “You smell so good.”
The lawsuit details disturbing allegations of Foxx assaulting the woman, including reaching under her top, rubbing her breasts, and putting his hand in her pants to touch her genitals. The assault reportedly ceased when the woman’s friend intervened.

The plaintiff states in the lawsuit that she had to seek medical treatment for her injuries and has experienced emotional distress as a result of the alleged incident.
Jamie Foxx, known for his roles in films like “Collateral,” and his high-profile relationship with Katie Holmes, has not publicly addressed the allegations. E! News has reached out to Foxx’s representative for comment but has not received a response as of now.
This incident follows an earlier health scare for the 55-year-old actor, who was hospitalized in April of this year. Foxx took to Instagram in May to express gratitude for the support received during his recovery, stating, “Feeling blessed.”
