Millie Bobby Brown had to sit out an important Stranger Things moment, and fans noticed her absence right away. The actress missed the show’s finale watch party in New York City after getting injured and is now focusing on her recovery.

The 21-year-old star was supposed to attend the special screening with her co-stars at the Paris Theater. It was a big night for the cast, as they gathered to watch the highly awaited finale together. Sadly, Millie could not make it. According to sources, she is recovering from a dislocated shoulder and was still at home resting.

Even though she was not there in person, Millie did not completely miss out. She received a special viewing link that let her watch the finale at the same time as her co-stars. It was not the same as sitting together in a theater, but it helped her feel included in the celebration.

This is not the first event Millie has missed recently. Earlier this month, she was unable to appear on Good Morning America with her co-star Noah Schnapp. In a pre-recorded video, she apologized to fans and showed her arm in a sling. She explained that she had taken a fall but still wanted to be part of the moment in any way she could. She even added a joke, showing her usual sense of humor.

Just days later, Millie also missed another Stranger Things event at the Paley Center in New York. Many of her co-stars attended, including Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, and Maya Hawke.

Fans will soon get their chance to watch the finale when it premieres in select theaters and on Netflix starting December 31. While Millie could not celebrate in person, her support for the show and her castmates is still very clear.
