Pop icon Britney Spears is set to release her highly anticipated memoir, “The Woman in Me,” which candidly delves into her life and experiences, including a personal revelation concerning her relationship with Justin Timberlake.

In an excerpt from the memoir, Spears reveals that she and Justin Timberlake, who were in a relationship in the early 2000s, faced a challenging decision when she became pregnant. Timberlake, as she recounts in the book, expressed reservations about starting a family at the time, citing their youth and unpreparedness. Ultimately, Spears made the difficult choice to terminate the pregnancy.

Spears writes in her memoir, “I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”

As news of this revelation broke, it became apparent that the contents of the memoir might not sit well with Timberlake. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that Timberlake was “not going to be happy” with the book’s content, suggesting that Spears has candidly addressed their past.

Spears and Timberlake, who initially met on the set of “The Mickey Mouse Club” and dated from 1999 to 2002, have had a tumultuous relationship. Timberlake’s hit single “Cry Me a River” hinted at alleged infidelity during their relationship.
