The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Drama Continues

Andy Cohen, host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, has responded to comments made by Jen Shah from prison regarding allegations on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

After Shah denied Heather Gay’s claim that she was responsible for giving her a black eye during season three of the Bravo series, Cohen addressed Shah’s assertion that the altercation never happened because there would be footage to prove it.

On his radio show SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live on Jan. 3, Cohen stated, “I don’t want to be captain obvious here, but if we had footage, don’t you think we would’ve aired it?” He questioned the lack of evidence to support Shah’s denial.

Shah had also called out Cohen in an Instagram post from prison, claiming he was “still butt hurt” she turned down an interview with him following her legal drama.

Cohen responded by acknowledging his initial interest in interviewing Shah but stated that he no longer cares about it, citing Shah’s “insane” stipulations for the interview. He recounted Shah’s request for a docuseries leading up to her jail time and her demand for a significant amount of money, ultimately deciding against the interview due to her continued denial of the charges against her.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, Cohen found some humor in the timing of Shah’s comments, noting that he had recently been a victim of online and phone scams, which he found ironic given Shah’s legal troubles.

The ongoing drama will unfold further during The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s season four reunion, which premieres on Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
